Like it or loathe it, reporting is part of our job. A good report is one that is actually read, understood, and used - and the course covers all the steps of effective report-writing (e.g. structure, express, review, visualise, design). For this course, you will need to write short reports at home, summarising case study information. Therefore, be prepared to invest at least ten hours for homework for this course.
