‘Monitor to manage’ is a useful motto: but how can project teams best identify whether their activities have the desired effect? We will look at common challenges and ways to monitor outputs and outcomes in an ongoing fashion. The course introduces checklists for coherence, SMARTness of indicators, and sustainability.
